2008 yz250f getting hot and idleing high on own cant fig it out?

has factory 42 pilot and 2 bigger main 180 fresh crank and topend cranks first kick great power just having issues with idleing and geting hot does engine ice make that big of diff lost it when got motor done has water in it now and the tunnel to pilot jet dad broke off a peace of it but he says make no diff jet only allow what it can take bike will run idle fine if play air fuel screw but 10 15 min later she will out nowhere jump up idle high!!!!!!!! only way fix it is mess with air fuel screw again if i go out richen air fuel screw runs on idles high can blip gas it go down but if i go in lean she run better crank better ect but out nowhere she will jump up idle like i been saying could it be it getting hot idk what is cousing it should i go to a 40 pilot should i fix that peace on carb if so what kind of jb weld tpe stuff is there i can use that gas wont eat away and why is getting hot ? thanks
