HELP....I am having night sweats and I'm trying to figure out if a UTI will cause that?

I have been battling night sweats for 2 months now. I don't understand it. They come and go, I will have them every night for two weeks maybe and then they'll go away. I'm 30 and I just got diagnosed with a UT yesterday. I don't understand it. Could this hormonal, or from this UT or that I'm sleeping with alot of blankets? When i get them they seem to be around my neck, shoulders and face maybe my back sometimes and my bedding doesn't seem to be affected. My periods were normal and this month nothing, I'm not pregnant. Could this be early menopause? Any ideas?
