Need TWO forms of photo id..only have one..?

i am a uk citizen applying for a mortgage in Prague. I have been told I need to submit two forms of photo id. I can photocopy my pport but I don't have any other...no driving liscence. any ideas of how I can get one made up today...thought of getting a photo oyster card but they don't do them anymore...i'm stumped now..
