I just got a tattoo and the swine flu vaccine today and im having pain in my chest when i breathe and my shoul?

shoulders or the top of them are very sore. my tattoo is on my ribs.does this have anything to do with getting a tattoo or the swine flu vaccine. someone also told me when you touch your chin to your neck if it hurts that you could have meningitis? because it hurts when i do that
