My 52 year old women friend had a stoke and spent 3 1/2 dayts in the Hospital. Will she ever return to Work?

Maybe, it depends on how bad the stroke was and how much damage was done. It's very possible that she could make a full recovery and be back soon, so don't ume the worst. When she's able to have visitors you should go see how she's doing.
