Woke up to my best friend holding and kissing me. Does it mean anything?

Andrew and I dated for about a year and over that time became best friends. When he wouldn't commit to a relationship because he said he just didn't feel a "spark" we stopped having , both started seeing other people, but remained best friends. We still see eachother all the time and I will often sleep over his apartment in his bed, but we don't have , kiss, or anything anymore to keep it platonic. Last time I slept over though, I woke up in the middle of the night to find him awake and holding me and kissing me on the head. Should I read into this at all?
