Am I the only jealous one.....?

I saw on TV that Chand Ochocinco and Reggie Bush eat fast food for almost every meal! How are these guys so freaking ripped, esp bush, the guy looks like a bodybuilder! I gain an inch on my waste when i look at fast food!
