Christmas gift ideas need help?

i need some ideas for a pollyanna gift idea under $30 for 14yr old girls I'm trying to find the perfect gift but i can't think of it. i was thinking stoked perfume but i can't find it in stores and their is no jewelry that they would want. if you have any ideas please help
