I want to lose 2 pounds per week am i doing this RIGHT????!!!!!CLICK HERE PLEASE.?

before my diet i ate about 2000 calories a day but now i am eating 1500 calories a day so i am cutting back 500. and i am also working out for an hour a day to kickboxing at the gym and i am burning about 500 calories also. so will i lose 2 pounds a week??????????????????? Thanks....
