Newborn has not slept for the past 8 hours. Is something worng ?

My 5 week old baby has not slept since 6pm today. It is 2am now and he still has not slept. Also he has been crying quite a bit today like he is in pain. He has reflux and is taking prevacid for it. However, he has not done this before. Also there has not been too much spit up today. We also gave him Mylicon with every feeding to prevent gas. One thing that did happen was that last night my hubby gave her milk from the bottle ( it was refrigerated milk from the day before ) which was out for 6 hours. Could the extra one hour ( I was told that milk should not be stored at room temp beyond 5 hrs ) have caused stomach upset that is causing my baby to cry and not sleep ? Tomorrow is a Saturday and I may not be able to reach the pediatrician.. hence my desperation in trying to look for any answers/suggestions tonight. What are the symptoms of stomach upset in babies ?
