[Ramadan] How do you know the English translation in Qu'ran is correct?

Most Translations are incorrect because they do word by word translation & what is understood in arabic culture might not be understood in non arabic culture. So The best way to translate is to simply translate the Tafseer of the Quran. Tafseer means the meaning or definition. So If there was a translation of the tafseer of the Quran then that is more trustful & accurate than a translation of the Quran.
