I think i'm on the brink of being depressed?
I think you have the right to be depressed for a while. This would give you permission to listen to sad songs, write poetry, draw gloomy pictures, read sad books, cry, eat comfort food, lie in bed, mope, and feel sorry for yourself. Listen to sad operas, too, like Madame erfly and Manon Lescaut by Puccini. After a period of time, when you are glutted and satiated with gloom and doom and storm and drang, then just get up and do what you are supposed to do. There is no life without some bad times. But sometimes, it is kind of fun to go the route of woe is me.
